a hardcore kid (hXc kid) is some one who follows fashion. they probably went from emo, to scene, to hardcore. they listen to awful music and dance in such a way they usually end up in hospital (two-stepping & spin kicking).
they think it's cool to stand around with alot of hardcore kids and make fun of anyone who isn't wearing a bring me the horizon tee or isn't wearing tight pants.

A hardcore kid is one of those kids you see with his sisters tight pants on and his hair is spiked up in the back and flat and greasy in the front and on the sides and most of them say theyre straight edge but theyre just bitches. They also listen to shitty bands that all sound the same. They're sense of fashion is horrid they TRY to be different but in the end they all end up looking the same. Hardcore Kid 

A hardcore kid is someone who loves bands like whitechapel, parkway drive, carnifex and many things untold. They go to small intimate gigs at tiny venues.
Hardcore girls tend to have straight hair. They normally wear skinny jeans, dolly shoes or slip ons, checkered shirts and a hoodie. It's a little like indie style.
Hardcore guys have straight hair which normally has a fringe that sweeps across their face. They wear, skinny jeans, bootcut jeans or shorts, band tees or shirts, slip ons or skate shoes and a hoodie.
Hardcore kids hate scene kids and think they are just a bunch of posers.

Be careful not to get hardcore and indie mixed up.

Kids who don't follow the rules and don't take shit from anyone. guys usually wear tight pants, vans slip ons, and a fur hooded jacket.They also have long hair and wear hollister shirts. Girls usually dress similar to scene girls. They wear baggy shirts, beanies, big glasses, and tight jeans. Some people claim hardcore kids go to shows for pussy emo bands but real hardcore kids listen to underground rap/hip hop and are usually involved with drug use/sale.
