This is a covert word used to describe a persons nice butt. It's 3-4 words squeezed together: "hell of a butt". When you're with your friends and you see someone in public with a nice butt, saying the word "halibut"/"halibutt" is code and won't get the user slapped by the accused.

"Halibutt at 9 o'clock." or "I love eating halibut... don't you?"
