This is a covert word used to describe a persons nice butt. It's 3-4 words squeezed together: "hell of a butt". When you're with your friends and you see someone in public with a nice butt, saying the word "halibut"/"halibutt" is code and won't get the user slapped by the accused.
GROUP OF GUYS/GIRLS IN A BAR:
"Halibutt at 9 o'clock." or "I love eating halibut... don't you?"
MALE approaching unknown FEMALE with a nice butt:
M: "Wow, I'm a great cook. Do you like fresh fish?"
F: (Apprehensively answering) Uh, yeah, I do. Why?"
M: "Then it's a date! I'll cook and you bring tha... the halibut!"
