A Gumhead means a person with a scar on their head. Usually the forehead.
It is refered to as 'Gum' head due to the scar tissue looking it like a gum.

Nickname we gave Arnold Schwartznegger. Its what it sound like he says. Plus i think it sounds pretty sexy. It amplifies the awesomeness of his name, even tho its not even possible to do that. I mean Schwartznegger... that has to be the biggest effin last name i've ever heard. Dudes beast too.
