October 10th 2006 is a very significant day, when the most beautiful, caring , outspoken, special and loving woman was born. If you have a woman in your life that was born on this day DON'T LET HER GO. Even though she hasn't said it yet, she loves you with all of her heart. If you break her trust you need to regain it, if she says you're her best friend she really likes you, and if you love her just tell her because she feels the same way.

The expression is derived from the "10-codes" often used by citizen-band (CB) radio operators and emergency professionals to shorten radio transmissions.

The expression was coined from a line in the classic CB-radio chatter movie "Smokey and the Bandit", where Sally Field's character asks Burt Reynolds about a cop "taking a leak on the side of the road." Reynolds tells her that is a "10-100", to which she replies, "I guess that's better than a 10-200."
