A country sinking not rising.. So much crime that you can't feel safe anywhere. Great coast line where you can have fun if you can ignore poverty and have lots of money to avoid the world happening around you. A place with so much corruption that you can't even count on the law enforcement. A place where there is no emergency number to call (like 911). A place where they will reject a dying patient if he/she can't give them a down payment of 200.000 shillings (around 2000$). That patient died by the way, so yes murders as well. Visit only on strictly planned trip, but stay away if you don't have a lot of money to spend on security.
