A nonsense word. It allows you to call your friends names without being particularly offensive and causes them to wonder to the meaning.

Note: I have been using this word for years and when one friend informed me they hated the word, I looked it up on UrbanDictionary.com and found no definition. After reading the word defined later I felt I needed to put my definition up as well.

the male anus, also known as the man pussy. other common spellings are dootananny or dude-ananny.

Kevin and Kyle had been courting each other for several months. Kevin realized it was time to take their relationship to the next level. He invited Kyle over for some hot-pockets. After lunch there was a lot heavy petting. Kevin broke away momentarily to put on some Pink Floyd. Upon his return Kyle was wearing nothing but a smile. He knew then that the doodananny was his.
