Sasha shows humility by treating everyone kindly -- whether it's someone working for the moving company or a new hire. This doesn't go unnoticed. He is extremely reliable and responsive, taking it upon himself to follow through on his commitments in a timely manner. Whether I need him to get back to me about a vacation request or a question about our methodology, I can trust that I don't need to ask twice. Sasha invests a lot of time and energy into ensuring that others are happy and is an excellent nonjudgemental listener. He is a wonderful frolleague whom I truly enjoy seeing every day!
