Hoe

A hoe is an extremely useful farm tool. Often times, in urban areas such as Baltimore or Chiraq (Chicago). Black people will call others hoe out of love and appreciation for them. Using it as an expression for the amount of value they have in their lives. Mothers may even call their own children hoes, after their child does an exemplatory act which gains their approval and love.

Mom: "Your such a hoe"
Child: "Thank you mother, I love you as well. You are my main hoe"
Mom: "Why did the lord bless me with such a beautiful and caring child, I don't deserve you"
