He hides along the highways and byways in West Virginia waiting on unsuspecting motorists to pull over so that he can steal their legs. Legs are considered a delicacy in West Virginia. There’s an entire underground market run by a frail, wire haired man named Cotton Peanut. Wes’aGinny often works alone but sometimes employs a cohort named Aberdeen in his leg harvesting activities.
