A medium to large sized house, that is well kept yet vacant - having been bought by banks, house flippers or speculators for the sole sake of investment, like a gold brick, rather than being used to live in. One of the major reasons for the high prices of housing, and also the shortage of 𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘢𝘣𝘭𝘦 housing.
Drove through this nice neighborhood, but noticed a lot of empty homes with no "for sale" signs. But later I found all those houses are half a million each, even though they aren't that big. Seem those empty homes are gold bricked houses.

An oxymoron for a short term rental in a residential neighborhood; especially one known for a parade of loud parties,

I couldn’t find any proper definitions soooo
“Happy house” as often used in tiktok refers to a family that looks happy and perfect but is completely different when alone. This family could look like the best family alive when in reality the parents/parent is a rage filled person who constantly hits, breaks, or damages things
For example, the family may look perfect. They have butterfly magnets on their fridge, but when you remove the magnets you see dents caused by someone in an obvious fit of anger-happy house
A daughter is bawling her eyes out in her room but has to clean up her tears and act happy and normal if she hears her parents/guardian(s) approach her-happy house

Jennie: “hey did you see Bella’s tiktok to that one weekend song? Her whole room was torn down and broken apart”
Scarlett: “yeah apparently her dad did it cuz she spilled some water in the couch, it’s so sad he seems like such a nice man..I think that’s called a happy house..”
