A phrase used to imply that something would be funny at other times and you either don't feel like laughing or don't want to be a dick.

When your friend tries to be funny, but says something so stupid and unfunny, or a joke that has been overused way too much that you have to award him with a point.
Person 1: what’s nine plus ten?
Person 2: twent-
Person 1: JOE MAMA
Person 2: wow bro. really funny. you’ve earned a funny point.

The experience of noting the sad-funny quality of someone or something is really quite confusing as the tears roll down your cheeks but you are laughing like a wild ninny at the same time!

Noun. Synonymous with Ketamine. Named as such because Ketamine is often crushed into a powder for consumption, and has very intoxicating effects.

When one of your testicles hangs dreadfully lower than the other like a chewed piece of bubblegum flapping in the wind.
I was playing in a game and got hit right in the nads with a fast ball, now I have funny balls.
I was hangin at the nursing home and half the dudes there got a mad case of the funny balls.

A small community near soldotna, alaska but is actually technically in Sterling, Alaska. A group of people mostly senior citizens, and 99% of them are hypocritical and judgemental bastards that dont want to accommodate the younger generation living in the area whatsoever.
The community center is ran by said senior citizens. Consequently, since they live in such a small area, they're more often than not...bored, whether they can admit it or not. So, their main form of entertainment is to talk down about individuals younger than them, and basically one of the biggest forums of the well-known and nostalgic game called, "Telephone."
(Someone starts a ridiculous rumor, and it gets twisted and changed into something even more interesting or sometimes damaging. The few good hearted and good natured people that dwell in this area must be real-life saints to put up with the senile folk talking about things they know nothing about. But it seems that the funny river water must have some sort of a regression effect on the older generation. They go back to the same sort of insults and immature behavior relating to high school or even grade school bullying.
Otherwise, this area is a beautiful and serene setting. Great place to relax, do some gardening, fishing, and "get away from it all" (the hustle and bustle of the bigger towns or cities)
If you can manage to not have to meet your neighbors and keep to only family then you'll be set and stress-free.

Example of word as noun or verb:
I never go on vacation anymore, but that's ok because Funny River is a great place for all never-ending "stay-cation"
- I just Funny-River'd all month. It was just as great but much cheaper than paying for airfare etc. To go to some over -populated tourist trap.
