An old school New Yorker's nickname for a person living in NYC but from somewhere outside of the city. Preferably anywhere outside of the northeast.
Yo Corn Breeze, can you grab me a coffee?
I knew the neighborhood lost street credit when Corn Breeze, here , moved in next door.

Someone who is overly easy going or quick to get into sex acts with random people for no reason besides being there.
Someone who go's with the flow constantly in a negative way.

A person that is extraordinaire in everything and excels in everything. Everything he touches turns to sold. His advice is very sought after and is not doubted on. He is always right about everything

A neighborhood in South Philadelphia. Generally, the boundaries are from Washington Av on the North, 17-18th streets on the East, and Mifflin on the southern edge. Some consider it down to Snyder Ave on the southern end. It was historically Irish/Italian, but became majority black by the 60s, and was an extremely rough, dangerous place from the 70s on. The last decade or so has seen gentrification and new construction, which has improved the area. It still has another decade or so before one would consider Point Breeze a safe neighborhood. Point Breeze is a tough hood, but the residents are proud to be from there and everyone has grit and heart.
They just built some more condos in Point Breeze, I heard that area is “up and coming”.
Sure, rents are cheaper than the surrounding neighborhoods, but you pay the price of safety instead. Two of my roommates have been robbed walking home.
