Most often an evening in which a group of men tell their females that they are going out to do one thing or another together as men. Most often an excuse to meet up at a bar and from there see who can get in the most trouble without actually getting into any shit.

After last night's guys' night out i'm kissing my girlfriend's ass while drinking large quantities of water.
