Ligma, also known as skulltrooper disease is a very deadly disease, 98% of the world has died from it, you get it from playing a 9 yr old game called fortnite, it's full of sweaty little kids that break their computer/controller/console when they die in that game, you can cure ligma by touching more grass instead of just playing fortnite all day long and taking probiotics.

Also, people like to say "ligma balls" which is basically "lick my balls".
