Noob

Someone who is a newcomer in an online game (preferably RPGs).
Someone who is unskilled in a certain area.
Someone who is very troublesome and causes people hell.

Person A: Hi, I need help on this skill, plz

Noob

A noob is a person in some sort of FPS that uses a certain tactic or attachment or perk that pisses people off these can contain EX: heartbeat sensor, grenade launcher, thermal scope, aCOG scope, nook boosting, head-shot boosting riot shield boosting, painkiller, martyrdom, juggernaut, treasure hunting. Most noobs are found in the multi player game Modern Warfare 2 or Halo. Noobs are usually kicked from xbox live parties or "cussed out" by multiple people on PSN.

Player 275: You fucking noob you killed me with a M16 grenade launcher with danger close pro you dickhead!
Player 469: SO! you had a ACR silenced with a heartbeat sensor you fucking treasure hunting noob.
Player 322: BOTH OF YOU SHUT THE FUCK UP your both noobs. Stop being gay little douche bags and fucking snipe or run around with a UMP.45, god dammit you guys!!

noob

Originally came from the word Newbie, then was shortened to Newb, and ended up being spelled as Noob. Usually refers to a person that is so terrible at a videogame that he does not deserve to be playing it. Sometimes refers to a person who is just brand new to a game.
