Get the Hoesmug. 1. A female (or male) who provides sexual services to men. These men are required to pay a "donation" upfront for the services that were provided by the HOE.
2. Someone who has sex in exchange for money and sometimes for drugs.
3. A hoe is also a woman who jn some cases, is essentially property of her pimp. She will have to give up a portion, if not all of her earned money to her pimp for him to "hold" and then the pimp is supposed to provide all of the hoes necessities.
