Green Dashboard Disease

A common disease found in traffic light 🚥 dashboards or traffic light reports that use red, amber and green coloured icons (also know as RAG) for KPIs or performance measures.

The disease is a tendency for people to report mostly green indicating that everything is going well, despite the obvious fact that things are not going well, i.e. they should be amber or red.

Looks like the green dashboard disease in the Afghan 🇦🇫 army has been exposed by the Taliban.
