A slang term that can be used to describe displeasure or excitement depending on the use. Most commonly followed by the word ass i.e.

" Brittany's swoop ass stole my phone" or "OOOooh that was some swoop ass shit!"

When a girl and guy are giving each other head at the same time (blow job and eating out), this is generally done when both parties are in a horizontal position. Best performed, when the male has a longer torso than that of the female.
