Noun: a series of small quick shakes. Usually a "shookta" is a move used to dislodge one object from another.

Dude: Fuck, this ice is stuck to the tray.

Bro: Just slam it against the table, and give the tray a little shookta. The ice'll pop out no problem.

Dude: Oh shit! it worked.

typically used by island folk meaning to take or used as an exclamation of excitement (usually comes with an "ookie" when used as a phrase of excitement)

example one:

guy 1: yo did you shookie that sac from tom?

islander: fawk ya i did

example two:

guy 1: cant waaaaait for this swell to come in.

islander: shookie-ookie! *yells*

The definition of smoking sheesha (shisha) from a hookah, therefore 'shookah'.
For those who do not know: sheesha is a flavoured syrupy tobacco commonly smoked from a hookah, which is a Moroccan and African large bong type item, used to smoke sheesha, weed, etc. from, which is commonly used and found in Europe and Africa.

Let's have a shookah before we go out.
