Abbr. Fresh Off Qantas.

Used to describe Australians who are newly arrived to a foreign country. Comes from Qantas being the national airline of Australia. FOQers are both newly arrived and obviously out of place due to inappropriate seasonal clothing, bogan mannerisms and a strong attachments to other Australians.

Look at those FOQers still wearing their flip flops in the middle of winter and trying to order a schooner at the bar.
