Thick sliced slab of meat usually found in the reduced price section of your local food lion. Marinated in a plastic bag prior to being seared to perfection, during a back porch sesh. Goes great with Cheese Croissant, Mashed Potatoes and a Capri Sun.

Stop by the frat house later for some Graha Steaks.
