Simp- Refers to a person(s) who will do anything in him/hers power to get the upmost attention from a male/female. This mostly affects men. Some side affects are hanging out with men/women a lot, rejecting your friends to go hang out with men/women, only wanting men’s/women's attention.

someone (usually a guy) who stays doing the most for a female who doesn't even want him. he tries too hard to impress her whether its unnecessarily blowing his money on her, or "waiting" for her to get out of a relationship, etc. a simp will not even comprehend that he is one because he has put so much value on this female and is desperate to see his efforts pay off. a simp would get rejected and keep trying because maybe she'll change her mind
