1. A desperate and potentially ugly girl who is so dumb that she is often mistaken as having down syndrome. Often dates douchebags. Most commonly found in the Mid-West of the United States.

2. A term used by douchebags to refer to their "girlfriends" under the mistaken belief that it means "girls who are down and cool with the hommies".

delta down syndrome

A name referring to the fight group known as Delta. This is used when describing any flight in a JROTC unit. It can used to describe any flight or group regardless of the actual flight its self. Can be used when singing degrading songs while marching. This is only used if and when a flight is made up of complete idiots, and at least a quarter of the flight has a form of Down syndrome.
