They might also say simply "story" or if youre a stranger, "story bud" ..

its a slightly less common working class greeting as "Alrigh'"

Fetus Boy

A mentally incapable individual who has the mental capacity of a fetus. A fetus boy can usually be found listening to Lil' Wayne or young thug. Fetus boys usually assume that they are hard motherfuckers, but if confronted, they will assume the fetal position and cry like a fuck boy supreme.
