1. Slice meat into 1 inch steaks

2. Combine moist ingredients

3. Preheat oven to 420

4.Layers steaks with the moist ingredients between each steaky cakey yummy gummy layer

5.Cook that hoe

6. Diatbetes, calling your doctor and checking your blood pressure
