Someone who can understand the slangauge of different generation's, ethnic group's & so on & can explain it to someone who does not understand the slangauge that is being spoken to them.

When you are talking, then you switch to a random language in the middle of a sentence.

(The word "Language" can be replaced by whatever language you switch to. For example: Spanish Spasm)
