A person who is extremely easy to defeat, particularly in videogames.
The word Breezy is a blend of the words:

'Breeze', which is commonly used to describe something that is easy to achieve.

and

'EZ' (easy), which is commonly used in online gaming to describe how easy it was to defeat the enemy team.

Breezy can also be spelled as 'BreEZy' and can also be used in combination with the word 'ez', as such; 'ez Breezy'
