Cheese Swap

1. The act of putting two halves of a bagel with cream cheese on them together, inadvertently transfering 60-90% of the cream cheese to one side or the other. Making sure you have one one side very dry as the other side has loads of cream cheese. Usually only happens when the bagel is still warm and the cheese is soft and pliable.

2. A real problem in the food industry.

I just ordered a bagel but the chick at the counter put the two halves together right out of the toaster... Now i'm going to have mad cheese swap.
