Typically a non-Korean person who is extremely obsessed with Kpop and Korean culture. They tend to wish badly that they were Korean and will throw in random Korean lines to help with their delusions. Such as calling guys "oppa". They'll be extremely proud of calling themselves by a fandom name like ARMY or BLINK. They're so obsessed that they'll think of their favorite idols as some kind of deities, and that everything they do is at the peak of human potential. Such as thinking Lisa is as good a dancer as real professional dancers, or thinking Jimin is one of the greatest vocalists in the world.

A person who is a weeb with respect to korean culture. The term was derived from the original weeb definition used for anime and is widely used between people to refer to fans of Korean entertainment products who go overboard.

There are so many K-weebs at the place where I work that it becomes hard to hold a normal conversation.
