Get the Genital Slurpeesmug. A sexual act involving four persons, which at least three of persons must have penises. Each penis of the three receivers occupy one hole of a large soft pretzel, while the performer of the act fills their mouth with German beer. The performer will proceed to, while holding the beer in their mouth, perform oral sex individually on each penis while the pretzel is in place.
