Chacky

An adjective to describe something or something that is both cheesy and tacky. Initially born at a window shopping trip in downtown Boulder, CO (where the fashion is questionable to say the least). I had to react to a hideous outfit and couldn't decide whether it was cheesy or tacky, and "chacky" just spilled from my lips.

Mavis, look at that girl's outfit. It's totally chacky.

Josh, breaking up with a girl over text is chacky.

cocky men are overly described, so let's define a cocky woman: she is able to roll up on the scene and make some kind of off the cuff remark that immediately makes people laugh. next they are intimidated by her funniness, an attribute that only guys are supposed to own, so everyone decides they don't like her after all, which is just a cover up for their first response, which was 'damn, why didn't i think of that before she did?'

Cocky Asshole

A guy that thinks that he is just the shit. In his eyes he can get ANY girl that he wants. He thinks that he can sleep with any girl he wants. Not only that, he is just an ass to anyone and everyone. Everyone secretly hates him. Even the people he thinks he is close to, talk shit on him.
