Black people mostly hate it when white people use the word becuase we they think that we are being offensive but they don't understand what it really means. Nigga is a use of greeting no matter of race. Nigger is a term used starting back in the AD's used for a non-white person. The term was later turned around by black people to make it offensive to them so they yet another way to get away to start fights and gang volience.
