Hockeytown

Nickname for Detroit, whose team the Detroit Red Wings are currently the defending Stanley Cup champions. Their previous coach, Scotty Bowman, who retired at the end of last year's season, has the most records held by any NHL coach - including most Stanley Cup victories. Current players on Detroit's team are some of the best in the entire NHL, including Steve Yzerman, Sergei Fedorov, Brendan Shanahan, Igor Larionov, Kris Draper, Luc Robataille, Brett Hull, and Nicklas Lidstrom.

Therefore, unknown poster, if you wish to call Hockeytown an unfitting nickname for Detroit, I suggest you name a town better suited for it.

The Wings play especially well in Hockeytown because of their devoted fans.

Hockey players

Hockey players are the coolest fucking people alive. They take incredible amounts of pain just to win the game. They will fight through anything and they never get scared. A 6 feet tall hockey player is tough enough to fight a 7 feet tall hockey player. Hockey players never back down.They are also very good in bed because they have a strong core, which helps while having sex.

Those hockey players are good in bed.

hamden hockey

contrary to the other definition (written by someone who's clearly bitter and doesn't know how to spell), the hamden high boy's hockey team is the definition of class.

after 20 years of hard work and never-say-die attitudes, the boys have brought the state championship back to the town where it deserves to be and deserves to stay.

not only that, but they did it all with class. so much class that even teams they beat were rooting for them to win the championship...and that's exactly what they did.

way to go boys!
you ALL deserve it more than anything!!!
