Cool-tastic is a ironic alternative to "Cool" Or "Fantastic" Made to make people think your the most corny, annoying person. It can also can be used to make people angry, since its useless combination of 2 words that mean the same thing.

I went over Martin's house this weekend to eat pizza and listen to his cool Doors records. He even let me borrow his Seinfeld box set. Martin is pretty cool.
