a fake whore- a girl that is a slut only in the rumors or lies spread about her

Usually these rumors are started by the girl in the stories, to make herself seem cool
It can, and most usually is, started by the guy that only got with a girl a little bit or not at all, and makes her sound like a whore to make himself look like a pimp

When someone won't tell you a rumor about you just to hold it over your head, but they brought it up in conversation.

Lateesha: "Hey Ryan, I won't date you because there's this rumor going around about you."

Ryan: "What is it?"

Lateesha: "I can't tell you because I want to hold it over your head lol"
