ss und aa ist eine Abkürzung von Schnitzel-schmaus und Alge-Abend. Es ist ein altertümliches Ritual, welches bis in die Steinzeit zurückgeht. In diesem wird zunächst von jedem Mitglied ein 1,1kg Schnitzel verspeist und anschließend die Flüssigkeit von jahrelang eingelegten Algen verkostet.
