Brain filters

Brain filters are what filter what you see and how you see it. They help you understand and recognize everything you see. If your brain filters are "clogged", you will begin to misunderstand things and mistake them for something else. If this happens to you, you need to change your brain filters. You can prevent damage to your brain filters by getting plenty of sleep.

flaming brain

A flaming brain is when you take a single large sheet of newsprint, and fold the four corners in so that they all meet in the center. The edges of the sheet are now loosely taped together in a few places along all four lines radiating from the center where the edges touch, and the contraption is then "opened out" to form a hollow ball of newspaper, as close to spherical as possible. Then, holding the contraption so that the corners taped together are on the bottom and what used to be the center of the sheet on the top, the paper is ignited right at the bottom where the four corners meet. If done properly, the paper will become a primitive and short-lived hot air balloon, the hot gas and updraft from the flames lifting the newspaper into the air, for a few seconds before the rest of the newspaper is consumed by the flames.

So named because of the appearance (grayish) and shape of the newspaper.

Even a light breeze may overwhelm the effects of the flames on the newspaper as well as blow hot ashes to undesired locations, so for safety's sake as well as performance, it should be done when the wind is calm and nothing that is likely to be accidentally set on fire is nearby.

Joe: I'm done with the newspaper.

Mike: Oh, you want to take a page and go down to the river and do a flaming brain?

Joe: Nah it's too windy

snow-brainer

a no-brainer but in terms of winter-appropriate attire and overall winter safety in northern countries like Russia, Canada, Scandinavia and parts of New England, among others

wearing at least a coat and winter boots, and not just a mini-skirt, is simply a snow-brainer. all this to say to say yesterday i met a girl outside my fav Irish pub wearing nothing but a mini skirt and some tank top, talking on her phone. I asked her if she wasn't cold, and to get a coat, which was also a snow-brainer on my part.

Mosoderate Brain

A term that is used to refer towards people who can use both their left hand, and right hand, equally well. It is another word for ambidextrous but is usually used negatively. Many find this word to be in the category of "hate speech" and many would recommend that this word should never be used towards people who are ambidextrous (even though it is somewhat used).

"Hey look, it's that mosoderate brain"
"Look faggot, just because you can throw equally well with your left arm doesn't mean you can start using it to throw the football! We lost the game because of you, you mosoderate brain!"
