used as an expression for undercooked taquitos. invented by the magnificent Marley P. the term sup hot is used as a reaction to this.

kelli: *puts taquitos in the microwave for 4 minutes
marley: where are the damn taquitos?!?!
kelli: right here
marley: *touches taquitos
marley: sup cold!
kelli: *puts taquitos in for 30 more seconds, takes them out, and touches them
