Previously emo. A band or person who used to be emo but changed into a normal band/person. In the case of a band, this change is usually due to the realization that they are famous now, they have money, and their lives don't suck.

John> Taking Back Sunday and My Chemical Romance are great bands.

Frank> You pussy. They're emo.

John> Not really, dude, they're starting to turn preemo.

Peemer

It's the long version of P.M., the initials of Panda Monium, a Supreme Undercover Crime Fighter, often confused for an Asiatic Princess. Can be seen fighting crime from her Underwater Fortress of Death, located in Oceans Unknown. Specializing in the development of the Ultimate Mechanical Arm, Professor Panda Monium is one half of the famous Crime Fighting Duo known as "Hodge Podge and Panda Monium."

Regular Citizen: "So wait, you're telling me if I cut off my arm, I can get an arm that is the equivelant of a swiss army knife, Peemer?"
Peemer: "The swiss army knife looks like a straw compared to the HPM Mechanical Arm.... FAG."
