Essentially a really obnoxious way to say you like something, or that it is good. I think it was originally some kind of Middle-east dance step that was popularized by some eighties song.
Expect strange looks if you ever use it.

Person One "We just won the soccer game."
Person Two "We rock the cazbah!"
"I just got an A on this test! I rock the cazbah!"

Somebody who just did something really dumb and probably didn't think about it or did something dumb by accident would be "Rock Solid."

Butt Rock is really irony. In simple terms it is any music that one does not like and/or lives in denial that they actually listened to that music during that time period but now want to pretend they did not. It has actually nothing to do with quality of said music just the arrogance, inflated ego, and heavy pride of the one labeling it butt rock so they can distance themselves and feel superior.
The sad truth is that those who label it butt rock may as well had been those that listened to it at the time and thus are calling themselves butt rockers. Hence the irony.

Butt Rock? Art #5 knows he listened to that music back in the 80s. He is not fooling anyone. He knows he was a butt rocker then.

Punk Rock is a shitty genre of music that people with no taste listen to. Some say it's a 'way of life' but those people are generally shallow and mindless, going with the crowd that they think shares the same antiestablishmentarian views as they believe they have.
Listen to anything that's really bad, like a cat throwing up or someone drowning a baby animal. Anything like that and you've got a pretty good idea of what it's like to listen to punk rock.
