Founded in memory of Emmanuel “Reaper Loc” Jones (12/29), the set has feuds with 5-aligned gangs like MurdaGang, TOB, and DWBI. Offshoots include DartGang and Murray Hill 60s. AKA: 1229, 040, 3562
