The only way to know is sneak up on one when it is alone and it will either be eating it's own poo, sucking on it's human dick or sucking someone else's butt for the nutrients and poop. The only known fucked up goats in existence are Miley Cyrus, Osama Bin Laden and George Bush. Other fucked up goat diseases contain having two heads, being half of another animal or having a demon heart.
