Tabogo is used for humiliation in other's political views majority of the people who uses this term are those who are against of the current Philippine government (Duterte Admin) but those talonans are just 3% of the entire population of the said country.
Most of the anti-dutertes came from
Liberal Party diehard supporters a.k.a dilawans/disentes, anti-reformist, anti-revisionist, anti-marcos, dilawan-paid-trolls, commies, wokes or woketards and NPA sympathizers.
There are also alot of facebook groups/pages which disseminates false informations to the public, one method I have notice is making political memes that can brainwash the non-voting youths.

These are just samples of how the anti-duterte humiliate and or prays that their own president will die soon, they have the power to manipulate the filipinos because some of the mainstream media are with them.
