Marriage is a very uncertain thing, so one would have no guarantee of coming out ahead with wed-betting. Drunk bets are not to be held accountable to the "better" all wagers, especially those that beyond reason, are null and void the morning after. Unless the bet is paid before sun up, the debt does not need to be filled, as it was influenced by intoxication. Unless the wager has a dollar amount. Then you're SOL, bastards.

The phenomenon that occurs when an individual who owes you money (from a previous bet situation) repeatedly forgets to pay you back because he/she "forgot".
