A Phoenix King is someone who knows what they want in life and exactly how to get it. While some may see them as vain and arrogant, everyone secretly envys them and wants to be like them.

Various forms of milk torture, including but not limited to, water boarding Joaquin Phoenix with fresh dairy (specifically because of his cleft pallet and fucked up lip)
