Best friend

A term used to describe a two people - regardless of either person's gender - that really want to be together and/or have sex with each other, but can't because one or both of the participants sexuality prevents it, and both parties are respectful of the other's orientation. Expressions people use to show that they are best friends include but are not limited to: Holding hands, ass-slapping, platonic-open-mouth tongue kissing, breast-squeezing, platonically sharing nudes, etc.

Example 1
John: "Hey Kate! I heard Ashley sent you nudes! Are you two lesbians?"
Kate: "Oh, no! It's not even like that. We're just best friends - I still like guys!"
John: "Oh, bummer."

Example 2
Brendan: "Hey David, did you know that Calvin and Kayla are best friends now?"
David" "Oh really now?...So which one of them is the gay one?"

Someone who you trust with your heart and soul, and is always there for you when ever you need them no matter what and is there for you when ever you need them. You see each other so often talk so much and laugh cry argue love lots but sometimes there's times when u want to rip each other's hair out because there so dam annoying but sometimes u want to give them a big hug
