Get the Best-dressed-streakermug. Best friends are those who will always be there for you. Even when they are in a bad situation they are the ones who help you out of it. They are the people you tell everything to, who you trust with all your most valuable information. They know how to give you a gift with meaning even if it isn’t much. They bring joy in your darkest times and show you that everything will be ok. They don’t judge you and when they do it is only because they want the best for you. Even if you guys lose touch they will always have a special place in there heart for you no matter what. They know things about you that you didn’t even realize and bring you to your happy place. They make you laugh and smile and would take a bullet for you. They are your true friends.

Best girl syndrome is when someone feverishly believes that their favourite character in fiction (typically a female in anime, hence the name) is the best character and will be stubborn in saying that theirs is the best and everyone should like it, and that if they don't they simply say that they know them better and say that the other person is in denial, not considering the fact that other people have different opinions.
Guy 1: god I love insert anime waifu here
Guy 2: nah is insert different anime waifu is better.
Guy 1: fair enough, I just like mine better.
Guy 2: you don't seem to get it, they are better.
Guy 1: ...to you maybe, but I still prefer anime waifu1.

It would mean that these to people like each other. In other words, these people are sus. Ultra Mega Neon Fly-Ride Best Friends are typically of the same gender and usually two boys. However, they could be two people of another gender as well.
