A type of interdimensional entity which uses it's extremely powerful sense of smell to locate human testicles which have accumulated large reserves of semen due to long periods of non-ejaculation, which it relies on as its primary food source. This is also thought to be the reason for the occurence of most wet dreams, which are believed to be the result of stimulation of the penis by the monster in order to acquire semen.
