Gum Check

Hoe Check

Keeping yourself, or someone on their toes!

SCENARIO: Pastor Michael is about to drive by, Samantha ducks down in Mike A's Truck.
Mike A. Looks shocked says, "Are you okay? Like, what are you doing?"

Samantha says, " That's the Pastor, he can't know I'm here. He CANNOT see me! Is he gone!? Did he stop and turn around?!"

Mike A., "Nah, he kept going and turned at the next street."
Samantha quickly gets up and runs inside and tells Chris what happened.
Chris goes, " So you hoe checked yourself?!" and begins to laugh...

You know you know, but sometimes you don't know that you know; so you gotta "hoe check" someone to keep them aware of a situation.
